HEAT Institute

The HEAT Institute is an innovative research-based think-tank, bringing together leaders from multiple state and local systems to create a unified and comprehensive system of support to respond to and prevent human exploitation and trafficking. In 2015, the Institute will focus specifically on CSEC. The time is right for Californians to come together and review, rethink, reframe, and redesign how California responds to human trafficking.
